Folly refinement

Because the existing folly proposal relied too much on the secondary structure (meaning the cost of its material will cut into our budget), we decided to use PVC instead of timber.

The folly team talked to Uwe about this proposal, to which he gave the remark that the shrink-wrap people would prefer to shrink-wrap in whole rather than in sections. Therefore, the design may need to be simplified... but how will be a huge issue - it may need to be completely re-designed :(

Let's hope not
