Placement of the projectors = ?

We started re-thinking the position of the projectors today because the size of the projected images from underneath were still bothering us. We had seen a video of umbrellas being projected from behind (here) so maybe if the projectors stood far away from the umbrellas...? But hanging them from above is just too impractical... and there's not really anywhere on site we can put them...

We thought of stands like a shelving system where more than one projector can be placed (for efficiency of storage and function)... These were some of the designs we came up with, but they just don't seem to be working for us... and they would have a very blatant presence on site, which we don't want.
Since we likened the sounds from the umbrellas to the tuning of an orchestra, we decided to tie the folly in as the conductor. And since it wasn't going to have the 'roof' anymore, we thought of putting the projectors at the corners (or just within them) - that way there is a link between the umbrellas and the folly in the same manner as that of the instruments in an orchestra with the conductor. The source of the projected images wouldn't be so obvious either, since they will be hidden 5m high, out of sight.

Our idea of what the site will be like:
